03 · Authenticity — 200% guarantee
Every piece is authenticated by our watchmakers. If a delivered piece is found to be counterfeit, we refund 200% of the price paid. Contractual commitment.
04 · Pricing & payment
Prices in euros, all taxes included for the EU. Secure card payment through our PCI-DSS certified processor. No card data is ever stored on our servers.
05 · Shipping
Insured escorted shipping with mandatory signature. Delivery: 5 to 10 business days. Cost included in the listed price.
06 · Right of withdrawal
In line with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. The piece must be returned sealed, intact, with the certificate.
07 · Personal data
Your data is handled in accordance with GDPR. You have access, correction and deletion rights at contact@watchclubs.com.
08 · Disputes
Governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
